Party Planning Suggestions
Use this party planning guide to do some pre-planning, then come in to see one of Sherlock’s helpful consultants for food and wine pairings as well as pricing out your soiree. Make sure you always have enough drinks on-hand for your guests.

- 1.5 ounces of liquor
- 5 ounces of wine, or
- 1 – 12 ounce beer.
Drinks per Person
The majority of parties and receptions run from 2 to 4 hours. You will need to plan on an average of 3 drinks per person for the first 2 hours.
2 Hour Party Drink Planner
The total drinks are divided equally amongst wine, beer & spirits. If you will not be serving spirits, you will need to increase the amount of wine and beer.
